    Question about name changes.
    I'm thinking about buying a really nice name.

    I want the name on my main.

    The account the name is on is not members, same with my main.

    What's the more secure, efficient way of getting the name on my main?

    Question about name changes.
    Don't do the offensive method, as recently, Jagex has caught on and has has simply been reverting offensive names to their previous RSN. Put membership on your rare name account, wait 28 days, put membership on your main, and then change anytime after then.
