Question about cs

first off i like to have the automatically switch to pick up gun(if more powerful) unchecked on cs 1.6. but also i like having white crosshairs. and whenever i go into options and uncheck the automatically switch it turns my crosshairs have to green.

does anyone know the command that i can put in console so that i dont have to go into options to uncheck that box???????? i thought it would be like cl_ something but couldnt figure it out.

i tried to bind cl_crosshair_color to a key so i wouldnt have to type it but that didnt work lol.

just uncheck it, then set your crosshair colour before you press apply.

 

see the thing is that im so tired of having to uncheck the box everytime i start up cs then when i get into a server i have to do the command cl_crosshair_color to change my color. i was just wondering if anyone could figure it out. it has had me stumped for 4 years or so

Its cl_crosshairscale_blank - replace with how big or small you want minimum is like 200 and max is like 2000. cl_crosshair_color - changes your color and this is done by hitting the ~ button on your keyboard.

 

wow i told you i know how to change my crosshair color. i know how to change the size of my crosshairs also but i dont want that. i want to know the command that unchecks the box in advanced options(automatically switch to picked up weapon(if more powerful)) without actually going into the options box

 

Why do you need to keep unchecking it for? If you apply the settings it should keep for next time you play aswell.

 

no i uncheck the box when i start cs for example. i will quit out of cs. start it later in the day and the box is checked again it does stay. thats why i want to know what the command is so i dont have to uncheck the box

 

Go on google search for help, ive never had a problem with changing something then wen i reaload Cs its changed itself back.. seems weird lol
