Question about Botting..

I have always wondered. Once you have botted, and never have gotten banned, is there still a possible chance of getting banned in the future without even botting? Post your thoughts, Thanks

Yeah, b/c if you bot, Jagex might "flag" you and if you bot again in the future, Jagex keeps a close eye on you and might ban you

Yes, sometimes they may ban you 2 weeks or even a month after you've stopped botting.

 

If ure not banned after 2 months that u ve totally stopped botting, so you re safe

 

Why would they ban me after 2 months though? I dont get it? :S

 

if youve been flagged for botting they just keep an eye on you. unless you botted outrageously, you should be fine

 

Jagex can add the botting offence to your account should you break a rule that has nothing to do with botting. My friend had it happen before. He used a bot for a month or so; didn't get banned. Then he got reported for offensive language and they added the botting black mark to his account making him perm banned. So I do think Jagex does keep the evidence of botting.

 

i did bot alot i thined i wont get ban but i did its kidna random some time u can bot much but when u dont bot u can get in about 1-2 month ban, so better dont do that do some hight breaks like dont play 1 week do something random and then again bot thats my suggestion.

yep, from what ive gathered from people, its all luck of the draw if you get banned.
theres people who bot 24/7 and dont get banned
other who bot 2 days and get banned

 

I think it's possible because it may be hard for Jagex to reach your account, but they will eventually.

Yes. I believe that Jagex will flag you and then ban you when they have another massive ban spree
