    Explain the service: Paid 7.5 mil to get 63-83 hunter in 2 days . We started this on August 2 , 2016 , Its now August 19 , 2016 and i have not got my refund or had my stuff leveled.

    Proof that the service was not completed: I'm not sure what to prove but the account i wanted leveled was my ironman but on hiscores is still 73 hunter i also keep getting told over and over again he will pay me back but then nothing happens .

    Other relevant trade screenshots: It should be in all of those screen shots , I can provide more but some of was just me and him talking about random stuff.
