Query about Bump Rule

Excessive bumping*: -No double posting / delete posts within 8 hours (spam rules still apply)


Can someone clarify;

1) No double posting, at all? or after 8 hours is ok?
2) the 'delete posts within 8 hours', what does that mean specifically.
3) If someone has vouched on your thread, do you count the 8 hours bump rule from when they posted, or when yourself has last bumped.

1. After 8 hours it's okay to post again even if you were the last poster.

2. Refers to posting on a thread to bump it then deleting your post to make it seem as if you didn't violate the 8 hour bump rule.

3. After you last posted.
