PvP vs Questing/etc

What do you choose to do on Runescape? Are you the pker and you make pure accounts, zerkers, etc., or do you try to achieve your greatest potential in no specific order?

I've recently realized (rr) that I suck at pking and I'm going to put some hours(days, weeks) into making an excellent all around account. If this doesn't work I'll probably quit.

Curious what everyone else likes to do though.

 

I prefer questing as a form of entertainment since most include puzzles which I enjoy.

tend to find one skill and stick with it to 99. I would say my account is well rounded in skills/combat.

I also stream RS to keep me interested in the game.

 

I've always loved questing, as not only can it be challenging the first attempt sometimes (the newer quests compared to the older ones for challenges tbh), the rewards that they give can be sweet, some items and experience really helps in the future, as well as areas and new monsters to fight. I've always preferred skilling over killing, idk why.

 

Back in the day I was all about Pk'ing (using my main account, no pures etc), and made a lot of money from it.

I then ended up getting bored of pjer's etc and spent many a day in fight pits, place was like a second home

Still not keen on questing if I'm honest (unless I really need to), but I focussing on getting myself a max cape 2300 something total at the moment, and still some easy skills to train (Got 97 slayer yesterday! )

If I'm not skilling now, then I'm either bossing or flipping for bank

I quest/skill mostly to unlock things for pking, so it is a bit of both.

 

I've never had a cape before on an account that I made so I'm figuring it'll be pretty cool to have a quest cape lol

 

I'm more of a Pker than a pvmer. The only quests I do are the ones that i need for pking. Of course, I am talking about 07. No use pking on EOC imo.

 

Minigames are the only thing I do on Runescape nowadays. But when I was p2p, I spent my time trying to get a quest cape. Fighting monsters or other players has never been appealing - puzzles or games that require more planning and thought are more entertaining to me.
