Pushing Kush - Introduction

Hi all, I'm Pushing Kush, I'm from the UK and have been playing RS on and off for around 5/6 years.

I've been browsing the site for some time now, and now I have decided to finally create my own account, with an aim to get to know the community better, and with a hope that I can fit in and complete a variety of successful trades across the board, aswell as helping out in different ways also.

One thing that has come to my attention is that there does seem to be a percentage of members here, who are probably out to scam or make some easy money, and this worries me, although I realise there are a huge amount of honest members.

If anyone has any advice on how to best conduct my time here, it would be very much appreciated.

Welcome to Sythe! Make sure you look at the amount of vouches the user you're trading with has, and the individual importance of each vouch. Join date is also a fairly good indicator of how legitimate the person is, as most scammers are banned fairly quickly.

Okay thankyou very much, does that mean that due to my join date being today, I will not get any trades for a long time? I'm slightly confused as to how to conduct trades, as I will not be trusted by anyone, and I wouldn't expect that, but I can't build that up without trading? Would using a Middleman be the best course of action?
