Pure Training?

Okay guys I could use some help here. I have my staking pure that I'm slowly turning into more of a one defense pker and I had some questions regarding training. I know there are usually like a thousand topics about this, but I would like to know where the best places to train strength and range are when you have one defense. I don't really have any quests done besides lost city, but I'm willing to do more. Also, I've just been botting soulwars and its doing alright with about 4 zeal per hour + 2k per hour in game which comes out to be only around (5,775 * 4) + 2000 = 25.1k exp per hour with 83 strength (though I guess you could add a little more because I'm buying zeal in the hundreds).

My current Stats are: 60 attack, 83 strength, 67 constitution, 1 defense, 1 prayer, 1 summoning

Any help is appreciated!

 

If you can get your slayer up to 30 you'll be doubling it because you will be getting exp. from pyrefiends and zeal.
