Project Noclip.

Apparently, noclip is a very furtive and discreet process. From what I hear, only a handful of people even know how to attempt it, let alone succeed at it. So, what I'm proposing, is we, as the public, try to discover everything we can about noclip. Does Jagex know about it, can it be done on a level 3, can it be done anywhere, how do you do it, etc., etc. We are not going to make it too public, seeing as Jagex will patch it and ruin our fun, so let's try to keep this as secretive as possible. Only the staff of this project and a few hand-picked members will discover how to do it. Which brings me to my next point.

No clip means that you can walk through walls,fences etc(like if you had moparscape no-clip turned on)

Dustein and wowhamba, Noclip is just a glitch where you can walk through walls and fences and any opposing objects in-game.

SuF: Yes, I'm sure it can be done.

RutuliakuaS: Not at all. With noclip you can experience things like the mining and crafting guild, or even the legends hall and mage guild, on a character who has all of his stats still at 1. You can access a lot of things you'd have to train and quest for with this glitch.

With No cliping you could glitch through walls and make skilling hella easy. Also a legend cape on a level 3 could get a lot of attention xD

 

They fixed it now so that you can't wear cape on a 3. =@ Someone else glitched that though!
