Programming forums?

Hey guys.
I am looking for quite a lot of info about programming, and since the programming forum here on sythe isn't excactly.. Active.. Well, let us just say that i need a big, active forum about programming, with tutorials and help to get for a total noob at it.

Does anyone know of such a website? Would be awesome.
