Programmers...

How can you become a programmer for Sythe.org?

If I have BS in CS in everything? Do I just need to apply? Or are they chosen?

I think firstly creating a reputable name for yourself is advisable. Staff/programmers will never be chosen unless the current staff team think you're trusted enough and capable enough. Be active in the programming section(s) and you will be noticed for your efforts and activity. When you are well known and respected, you may be considered for the position.
