Producing music

Does anyone on here currently produce music or used to? If so what software did you use and did you succeed or why did you stop?

Thinking of starting it myself

 

Yeah, I use FL Studio 12 - it's pretty impossible to make reliable money with music though. If anyone wants to buy some beats or something hmu (sample of my music - link will expire 24 from this post - sample - Clyp)

 

I don’t personally produce music but all of my friends who do use Ableton.

 

I used FL studio. Very easy to learn especially if you know basic music theory.

you should use pro tools its really just most used in the industry

 

I use Reaper to record and BIAS FX instead of amps. Pretty easy to get used to
