Have you tried just doing a hard reset?

 

The problem is it won't even hook up to itunes, and if i hold down the home and lock buttons it just flashed white for a millisecond and then go right back to the logos.

 

Hold power and home for 15 - 20 seconds and see what happens.
Add [email protected] if you still have problems.
