Not sure where to report this, it wasn't a scam, just a dude threatening to report me to jagex if i don't vouch for him, then spamming my threads with nonsense when i tell him no i don't want to vouch.

he harrasing me and wont vouch because hes falsely saying im "sus" because I needed helkp using site for first time. hes a pussy

 

yeah he wont vouch for me on false claims so he's getting what he deserves. you dont not rep someone cuz theyre a newbie n the site and ask fior help. He's a horrible person and doesn't deserve his money or theright to use this site

 

A user can vouch for you if they want to. It is not a requirement to leave a vouch for someone, and it never will be. If you don't like the user, then simply don't talk to him, or do any business with him. Anyways banned you for blackhat/malicious activities as you admitted to leaking his IP's/RSN's.
