Pride

What is your view on pride? More specifically, what is your view on pride in relationships?

Personally, I believe it to be a relationship killer. Pride is poison to all things, and will kill those you thought you could never lose, leaving bitterness, destruction, and pain.

 

I have a serious problem with pride.
I can't bring myself to say im wrong/sorry unless i really have to do it.
I wouldn't do anything degrading even if it is to entertain others.
I believe my pride is what makes me whole.

 

mm yeah, I can see that. It seems to me that a little bit of pride is ok, such as to not do anything degrading, but I'm more of referring to people who just will not admit when they are wrong no matter how many facts are thrown at them, or people who become bitter and have so much pride for their religion, that if a preacher of that religion is taken in for having sex with a child then that person "is pointing fingers" at that religion.
