100M would get you around $400.
The account probably $250, due to the runecrafting.
So you're looking at $650, but a realistic offer for these forums, probably around $400, but if you sell the mills first, then sell the account, you could reach that $600 barrier.

Next time use the price check sticky at the top of this forum though.

 

You will get 400$ for mils, and i think more than 200$ for account. Even more than 250, rc is realy hard skill
