priavte server help....

I dont know where to post this but i legitemently need help. I love runescape private servers but for some really wierd reason not a SINGLE one of them are working. My dad is a telecom achitect (basically implying he is a beast with comps). when he found out i was playing rs and rsp's he blocked rs and did something to my comp where when ever i try to load or start a p server it is never ever able to connect to the sever. Someone please help and i will join ur private server =]

 

Are you able to load anything that needs java?
