    I tried to sign up to these forums. Said that I am only allowed to sign up one person per ip address. Thing is.. I tether my laptop to my phone.. using my phones internet. I have no other ip address and no one else uses my phone. I assure you, I do not already have an account here.
    Therefore I am asking to be allowed to be able to join so that I may be able to inquire and respond to threads.
