Essential Animo - Optimum Nutrition is an amazing pre-workout drink. Not only does this provide your body with the energy required to do an intense workout, but it also give animo acids which help in the recovering of muscles.

    pre-workout drinks

I drink a pre-workout called torque and then try to cycle with another pre that does not have stimulants. Honestly, you can make your own pre workout. I would recommend 5G of Amino acids, some caffeine, d-asparatic acid (most scientifically proven natural testosterone booster), dextrose from either gatorade powder or pure dextrose (essentially liquid high GI carbs which are absorbed almost immediately), creatine.

Not necessarily. This pre workout is good, but you're paying for a lot of fillers. This hardly has any caffeine. While it is a good starter pre-workout, like anything, there will be a tolerance built up. You receive jitters from beta-alanine, and this has hardly a caffeine content.

OP, never buy from GNC. They mark everything way up. Always look at bodybuilding.com or another source for any pre-workout needs.
