PP Scammer/ Chargeback

Hi,

So I recently went through a transaction with skype user rstrader, (since been banned for an unrelated, or serial chargeback offence on Sythe). I sold him 100m 07, which he paid for via PP, and sent me a forward of the confirmation e-mail to confirm the sale, which was MM'ed by Mootrucks. The sale seemed to go perfectly smoothly and he even vouched for the service.

Upon receiving the gp however, I was e-mailed 3 days later from PayPal saying that the transaction had been charged back, and have now been left with a -$123 balance. I've called PP to dispute trader's claims, only to be informed that the buyer must admit a fraudulent chargeback in order for this dispute to be resolved.

Current evidence:
- Skype conversation
- E-mail receipt
- All recorded Sythe conversations with both middleman and buyer, confirming Skype details

Any help from the Sythe community would be greatly appreciated as I'm left dumbfounded these situation still occur in 2017.

That user is now banned for ban evasion it seems.
