Powerbot

People have been saying this is up and running\working, but whenever I tryto use it, the scripts wont run and I go\click very slow ingame.... Is there something I have to do?

 

I don't think it's working properly yet, It won't even load the game for me. Epicbot and simba work great though.

 

last time I used it, it worked pretty well, it was buggy. You can try re downloading the client, and see if that does the trick.

 

You may have better luck asking on Powerbot forums if you are having problems seeing as they are the ones who actually made + manage the bot.

 

If you're running PB on a mac, you have to first search for rsbot.db file on your computer, then delete that. Then re-download the bot client from their website. You may need to keep trying this process.

 

The Powerbot client does run, but as you've mentioned, the scripts don't even load up 100% of the time. However, you can reload Powerbot and see if that helps, or you could just compile the scripts yourself, load Powerbot in dev mode, and just use local scripts.

The slow mouse is due to the client featuring a buffered mouse - when used by a script, it supposedly emulates human mouse movement. As for why it's enabled even while not botting, I have no idea.

 

I'm pretty sure its not working ATM because it was working last week but in the past 3 days it hasn't been working.

It's working for me.
If you're using Windows, follow this:
Click Windows + r.
Search for %appdata%.
The folder should come up.

Delete the RSBot file.
Load the bot.
The file will pop up again.
Delete the file & then accept the popup on the bot.

Bot away.

+ if its still not working ,then download pure new instance or RsBot and put it somewhere else then your current (because lib/src and other files also casue this.)
