    what is the best thing to power mine to 99 mining?

    a step by step from 1-99 would be nice but just giving me the general whatever to 99 would be quite helpful as well

    15-99 Iron

    There are a lot of places to power mine iron. RiD (Robotz in Disguise) has a list of spots all over RS, including some that aren't that busy.
