    When I go to someone's profile, I see a post user not thingy. Can someone tell me what this is?

    I don't know if regular users can post them but they are just things that we can put in their profiles to say something. They were suppose to be used to show what a person is banned for on sythe but it wasn't effective because when you ban you can no longer post a user note.
