Possible Vader

He's trying to make his account legit by having all of the IM icons, but when I click on them, he puts "unused" and "pm me", the only real one he has is Skype (but looks like all other fakers 'name.sythe')

From what I can see, he is shares an IP with another active user. But the other user is not banned. I will look further into this.
