Possible scammer!

Basically i am trying to sell my level 3 skiller so this guy posts on my thread asking for my skype - http://prntscr.com/cj9wdb
so then he adds me on skype we get to talking and he asks me if i can put more money on the account n 2 bonds - http://prntscr.com/cj9wzc
After i suggested that we should use MM because we're both new comers he responds with this - http://prntscr.com/cj9xbi
now this part made the whole situation a bit more questionable - http://prntscr.com/cj9xm9
now after i asked him about how he might scam me he comes out with he has made loads of trades yet his sythe account was brand new and has no vouches - http://prntscr.com/cj9y7b

Now couple hours pass and i get another skype request from a guy with the same picture as the pinacolda1 guy, i didnt notice at first but when i confronted him about it he says it was his brother ?? - http://prntscr.com/cj9yrn

Also sorry for how messy this looks its my first time creating one of these i hoped i wouldnt have to on my first day :/
If you need anymore information I would be happy to help. The whole situation just seems suspect asf

 

He was banned for account interaction, this has been added to their TWC reason as well.
