Possible Multiple Accounts

This guy: http://sythe.org/member.php?u=158457

has recently been spamming a download link for a supposed new RS client: http://sythe.org/search.php?searchid=5943368

Currently no one has approved it, except this guy:
http://sythe.org/member.php?u=280260

who joined in February of this year and has 2 posts, both of which praising the supposed client: http://sythe.org/search.php?searchid=5943347

I just didn't think this seemed quite right.
NB: I know it's not straight up scamming but I thought this was the best place to post.

 

Nothing popped up when I clicked the links, and his IP didn't match with anyone.

 

Alright, sorry. I just thought than normally spammed links like that are a bit dodgy, and the second account did seem like it could be his. Guess I'm just paranoid :')
