   IP check came up inconclusive, he seems clean.
   
   He does own a previous account called 'Jama' by the looks of it, but it appears he has lost access to that account a long time ago: http://ww2.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1401816
   
   The account is not banned so he is allowed to have a new account if he wishes.
