Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!: Current account becomes active after two years of inactivity the day the banned account with similar name is banned. No other proof, just oddly coincidental

Although I agree it does seem a bit suspicious we need more proof for a ban, thanks for the report.
