Poked32 scammer

Just got a account i purchased by Poke32 on March 20 I just tried to log onto the account and it wont let me on I payed in paypal but i got this message
We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly. I'm guessing I fucked up here :/. But I would still like to stop this guy I hope i provided enough information to help get this guy gone
