Plz help...

I am currently trying to create a runescape server for offline use, moparscape is just horrible cuz most items are messed up and some skills dont work. So if there are any other applications like Moparscape out there that run OFFLINE, plz post here.

Tried googling it but nothing comes up so direct links would proberly be best.

 

Had a look for you but couldn't find anything, I am pretty sure they all run online.

what do you mean offline? like only you can play on it?

 

If you mean only you can connect then all ip changer clients plus almost every client could be configured to work Just run your server and use ip 127.0.0.1

 

what does Umpairscape client ip changer do?

and who can give me a dl link that goes directly to one of these servers that can do this? (im refering to the post above this one!)

and yes only me. ( i want to play my own private server that only i can use, im keeping it that way till i get internet on the computer im doing this on....)

Just find any ip changer client then you will need a source for ur client to be able to play.
