    Hey guys I want to bot/train my strength to the 80s-90s and I need some good locations for both. With 1 Defence!
    And I am p2p. Any good spots/monsters that give fast exp please tell me.

    Current stats:

    40 att
    65 str
    60 range
    2 pray
    1 mage
    1 def

    Soul wars would do the trick, just heal your teammates and spend the zeal on strength.

    Since you have 1 defence. I suggest soulwars/rock crabs/Goat.

    Those seems to be the best option you got.

    I would invest in soulwars pro if possible.
    If not ghouls are decent, crabs aren't bad.
    Soulwars is the best though ;)

    You can still attack Experiments, Yaks, and Goats with the AutoFighter.

    I would head over to RSBots.net because they have a 25% sale going on on all their bots atm.

    Goats, I think it's $8 on Rsbots.net, but atm they have a 25% sale, so it'll be even cheaper.

    Goats are Perfect for 1 defence pures, I am botting mine there atm, currently got 95 strength.

    Make 250k Per hour, and 25k xp per hour :)

    Honestly your best bet is soul wars, i use it on my 1 def pure and have used to on tons of accounts, one of the best scripts ever, makes for a bomb ass pure. If you want a cheaper alternative id go with autorockcrabs nx, great bot for easy exp/cash.
