Please help

I created my account - "Elite_caper9" with the email [email protected], but sythe says it doesn't recognize it. I have only had this issue because I CCleaned my computer and the automated password got removed.

Since I've had this problem, my account hasn't been logged in and I run a firecape service which has many customers confused. I would highly appreciate and be thankful for a speedy response.

I would like to change my Email to my personal email just so I can remember it.
+ I will also change password to something I can also remember.

Ah, you've been doing the email one character wrong

 

I think I must have registered the wrong email because the one I was meant to create it under, which I have access to, don't have anything sythe in the inbox. my Email is [email protected].

Could I possibly get it changed to that?

I've just tried that twice.

On each occasion waiting awhile. On both attempts, I didn't get an Email to reset password. Is it a case of waiting a day or?
