Please help me

I was wrongly banned by "Video" for my name being "Raza" apparently his friend, the well-known Runescape player "Raza" who is known for scamming 20b+ had requested my ban......... So here I am, banned from sythe can't make a new account and Video refuses to help me with my problem. he claims it's a very small inconvenience, but here I sit hours later still unable to use my sythe account or even make a new sythe account. I had 2 active trades now affected by the ban and I was in the middle of posting a sales thread when he issued the ban without warning, so now I'll have to re-write it.

Can someone just make me a new sythe account with a random name generator I have no idea what else to use and I'm done scratching my head trying to come to a conclusion

also, I think an administrator should review this ban, I'm certain video is not acting in a professional manner and I want this, considering the inconvenience this has caused me - to be looked into and genuinely considered as there was clear misconduct
