Hey, so my friend has a playerauctions account which i used because i was giving him money in a way(selling RSGP then it going to his paypal) but his account was banned because of the multiple account on the same IP rule and i was wondering if theres anything we can do? he cant create a new account because hes got 1 phone # and its attached to the old banned account. any advice?

 

Your friend needs to recover his original account via the live chat.

 

switch numbers. for verizon, it's as easy as going online. however, most poeple don't wanna do that b/c all their people know that number.

but best way if probably as nytrix said, just have your friend act as if it were hacked.

 

alright, how about if he doesnt have a fax machine and unable to send in the photo id etc?

 

Take a picture of the ID, scan it, and send it via their email. And or Webcam picture with the date in hand.

 

I tried that once but their customer support is horrible never even helped at all.

 

I had a similar situation where I just used my friends PA account to sell some gold, in which he would send the money to my paypal after however PA ended up holding the payment. Contact live support and explain the situation, I said I lived with my mate in the same uni flat so they released the money to my friend. Just make sure your excuse doesn't sound sketchy and you should get it back.
