    I posted awhile back about a situation in which I purchased some RSGP on PA and the guy never delivered it to me: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1385890

    In the end, PA sided with me and issued me a full refund, minus fees, of course. I thought everything was well and I went on my way.

    About two weeks ago I attempted to purchase some Diablo 3 gold on PA and to my surprise my account was locked from using all payment types, including PayPal, Credit Card, or even Western Union. Since then, I had sent in several inquiries to the support team (LiveChat wasn't working) and I got no response at all.

    Finally, I was able to speak with someone on their LiveChat system today and I was told that I am permanently banned from using PayPal, Credit Card, and Western Union because their system flagged my account for "fraudulent activity", specifically with my PayPal account. I asked the guy why this had occurred, and if he could show me which transaction was fraudulent because my trading history was completely positive, but he simply said that the "system" flagged me for a fraudulent trade on their site and he couldn't tell me anymore aside from the fact that I will remain permanently locked out of those services.

    There was nothing about this fraudulent trade on my trading history, and I even double checked my Paypal account in case someone really had gained access to it without my knowledge, but it was completely normal as well.

    So, in conclusion, it appears that I am now barred from being able to trade on PA because someone else attempted to scam me and I didn't let them get away with it. Has anyone else had this happen to them after receiving a refund from PA? Is there anything that can be done about this? I really despise their site after this particular ordeal, but it can be quite a pain at times when you are trading with someone that will only go through PA, so it would be convenient to still have that option available.

    P.A. has a really complex way of handling some of these issues. I think you're honestly screwed here. They're able to keep that site so safe because of handling issues so "blunt". Your best bet is so send some emails and keep trying on live chat until you get a break through, and if not, tough luck :/
