playerauctions paypal issue

Hi. so i made an order to buy from playerauctions with paypal and it went really smoothly.. then i tried to make another order for another acc and i can't use paypal anymore for some reason

i talked to their live chat and the operator said that paypal thinks its a "compromisation" or something like that... so then i talked to another operator and he said that the lock symbol should be removed in 30-60 mins. it was late so i went to bed. 10 hours later it was still there and the lock symbol appeared on the visa option too i talked to another one of them and they said that it should be removed within next couple of hours... later talked to another one and he said in 2 business days..

now they clearly have no idea what they are talking about.. anyone else got this problem before? when i place my cursor on the lock symbol, it says "get verified".. but I verified my playerauctions acc already..

anyone knows what to do?

 

Perhaps they are requesting that you send them a form of ID to ensure the Paypal account is legitimate?

 

how can i send it?... they didnt even tell me i need to and the operators i asked each had a completely different story lol

You mean another game account, or you made another PA account?

 

I mean i tried to make an order for another runescape account cause you can only do one at once i think

 

There are limits as to how much you can order with paypal on PA without having to send in ID. The only way to lift that limit is to send in ID, or occasionally if they phone you, you can sweet talk them into one more order.

I'd say contacting their live chat asking them to remove the limit is a complete lost cause.

 

I never asked them to remove it lol.. i just asked why its there and they said it will be removed in 2 business days.. where should i send the id anyways?

 

There is an email you would send it to. Ask the live chat for that email. It may be somewhere on the website too.
