playerauction help!

Hi guys
So i bought a account 6days ago and it got recoverd yesterday so i disputed and now i can't dispute in the future there is no button to press to dispute is it because i disputed its been a day after the agreement with the seller.

I have insurace package so do i have to wait before disputeing again?
Or how dose the system work? So the whole story is i wan't to dispute again on the order is it possible????

From what I gathered you need to get Jagex to send you an email confirming that the account has been recovered by the original owner
