    Theres moderator applications on they're forums now. Go look -.-

    Its not a %100 application and you wont get a no, they'll either ignore you or invite you to be a pmod.

    you can also apply to be a mod on the forum!

    according to jagex, they want "community minded" people, i assume that means u participate in the runescape forums and you're in a clan or something
