Player Moderator Room?

I saw this the other day while browsing the Knowledge Base, and became very interested. Could a player moderator post where the staircase to this room is, and what kind of meetings are held there?

 

It usually was about anything a year ago, the jmod just turned a door/stair/thing into a teleporter. May have changed, hope it has, because it was leaked

 

All i can think of is harry potter, would be nice to be a player moderator though.

 

I am pretty sure there was pics on Sythe regarding this.

 

If I remember correctly.. Its an NPC you have to talk to during the meeting time and inside questions about what to report and such are discussed.

 

Yeah it was a tutor in lumbridge or something, you talked to him and he teleported you there was like 1 hour meetings in like world 83 or something every friday or something.
