I notice people say its a secure checkout so that seller gets his money but what about buyer? We can only go by their word?

Also, I hear that I can use vanilla visa prepaid card there? Am I right? After registering it on the vanilla visa website do I have to link it to paypal or something? or can it just take credit card number and bam I got my gp?

People who respond to the vanilla visa must have experience or proof that it will work on PA.
