player auctions (help please)

Hey, i'm confused with player auctions..
(i don't know if this is the right section, sorry if it's not, could you move it if it is?)

I'm trying to use player auctions for the second time, the first time i used paypal, my paypal account is verified and it worked flawlessly. Now i try this a second time, and its not working. Apparently my player auctions account is not. So i go through the SMS verification. and STILL it says my account is not verified, so i can't use paypal. I'm a bit confused.

 

Same thing happened to me, except they never ended up verifying me. After 4 days of my fucking order pending, I cancelled it. I was ignored by their live chat for a couple days too, because I was trying to get my money back. I had to state a false question just to get someone to respond to me. Finally got my money back though.
