    Just this second ago i deposited £100 into my bank...It's a Visa cardSo do i have to put it into my paypal or can i pay the person straight off my card?

    Pretty sure you can pay straight from the card. I know on some cards they only allow transactions within the country you reside in. For example if I bought a Visa gift card in the USA I could only use it within the USA.

    You can link that Visa to your PayPal and pay directly from it.
    Or if it's already in your bank account, you can easily pay it off by PayPal.

    If you have money in your bank account, and that bank account is LINKED to your PayPal then you can pay right now. You do not need to wait and withdraw money from your bank account to PayPal, when you purchase something, PayPal will automatically withdraw the money for you.

    You can pay it off your card using the moneybookers options if its your first time using that option.
