Explain the service:
So originally james aka live:h_arbeed on skype was goign sell me 800k blood money for 20mil 07.
He didnt have the blood money at the time so he procedded to tell me he would sell me his money making method that makes "20k blood money in 5 minutes and that very very few people know about it."

We then joined a skype call via voice and he told me his "method" was you vpn vote. This is his method that supposed very very few people know about. You cant even make anywhere near 20k in 5 mins doing this. He then processed to tell the mm he told me the method now pay.When we agreed on..
