I was 2-2 on my series and ended up having to go support Rumble because the last pick wouldn't communicate with the team. Things went well. It took 10 days from Silver.
It's hard to say. I feel like Rumble is very strong but not overpowered. I consider him one of the best champions in the game though. I see an unnecessary nerf coming though because of his 57% win rate and the fact that people don't quite know how to play against him. Crossing my fingers he stays the same.
I feel that after the nerfs he's had, he isn't that good of a pick anymore. Every I ever play against a Rumble (rare), I seem to always win lane and crush him. I don't know, maybe it's just because people are bad at him
He did have a large nerf over the summer but he's still ridiculously strong. You just have to be very good at him
Rumble takes a lot of getting used to but once you get the trick hes OP. The most important part of playing rumble is making sure that you trade with your flamethrower while taking as little damage possible (positioning). Make sure to be over half heat so you do maximum damage. Awesome plat! Just got it myself
The greatest thing is baiting junglers when the mid is low and walking away with a double because of your ult/flamespitter/harpoon/overheat combo.
