Planking...

So now everyone is "planking" which is where you lay down on something and straighten your body like a plank
so what are your views on it?
i think its fucking stupid but thats my opinion

 

I agree. I really don't see a point to it whatsoever. Tons of kids from my school did it during lunch and what not, imo they look like idiots.

Owling is the new planking. I like the pictures though. I guess I'm just a simple guy, but that kind of stuff makes me laugh and shake my head, wishing I had been random enough to be the one who started the sensation :3

 

I think planking and owling are plain out stupid, they should get into tea bagging and I wouldnt be surprised.

 

I even caught the middle-aged 150 KG manager at my work planking across everything in the office.

Planking is one of the stupidest things I've ever seen.
What is the point of lying somewhere and making a picture? I guess what they are trying to do is to take ordinary places and make them fun. Althought the idea behind it is nice, the way they actually do it is dumb. It's like the trend where people would 'jump' (the dance) everywhere and film it.

In Holland we even had the trend that was called 'Swaffelen', where you slap you half hard penis against a building or person...

Are we a dissapointment as humanity..?

You guys are so non hipster. Planking was cool like 2 months ago. Now it is just a fad that the public people just get butthurt over. This thread is a perfect example. Like someone said though, coning is the new hipster thing. Get with it, antisocials.

 

This is just old now, the only reason people "were" doing it is because it was "risk" (so what they thought) it was a pointless act that was an attention seeking probleme.
