Pizza Machine - Nonexistent vouches

People can't simply claim they have vouches, they must be able to prove them.

Probably now enough for a ban, but maybe a confrontation or possibly a TwC.

Vouches and Good Trades are different, I myself have nearly twice as many "Good Trades" as I do vouches
