@Champ i found out after several hours that i need to call/email them, i choose to email them as for now, hopefully this will be resolved tonight, also said in the email, the outcome will be his, please send this back right away.

well i want the 150m that he promise me, i did chargeback because i treat my money that way also if he deem that he was waiting he can supply me with the 150m. also i can always cancel the chargeback with paypal.

 

Myself, or another moderator will hold the 150m. Once we have the money, we will contact you to close the dispute, and once it's closed you will be given the 150m.

Spoke to paypal, Also stated to this individual the money will be refunded as he can chargeback more than once, here is himself claiming that himself.
