    Assuming that you are buying illegal pins, then yes they can get you banned.

    If the pin got charged back, then your account would be in negative balance and you will be banned until you pay them back.

    ^ Hes saying that if you buy a pin here, and the guy who sold you the pin calls his phone company or something and says he didnt txt/call for a rs pin then they will charge negative credit to your account, and they will ban it until you pay off the debt.
