You ruled that half the payment was to be paid to me. Raza_Ftw hasn't logged in for over a year, hasn't accepted my skype request, nor have I seen any proof he was even the actual buyer. I want my money or Pie and Raza to both be banned.

 

I'm going to try and speak with Raza and Pie and find a solution here for you. Thanks for your patience.

 

No problem, sorry for my last thread. I was just frustrated and couldn't see this from your perspective, but I now understand why you came to that decision.

 

Raza owes you 15$ - if he does not pay within 48 hours Pie Overlord will be responsible for your 50% compensation. He acted almost as a service partner which leaves him responsible. Where he tied his name into this he will be held partially accountable and will have to repay the 50% (15$) to you.

IF Raza ever chooses to make a refund he is to refund Pie Overlord the 15$ as it will be part of his ban reason. You are only eligible for the 50% as per this decision.

 

Sounds good to me. 36 hours from this post (as I know Raza won't accept my skype request) Pie will be responsible to pay 7.15M 07 GP as stated here :

15$ via Paypal or he can buy 15$ worth of gold at market value for you. Your choice.

 

Told him to send me the $15 paypal because I don't care anymore and hasn't responded since. (24 hours ago)

 

I've PM'd him. Hoping to get this resolved, ASAP.
