Briefly explain the trade: i was trading 11m for a phone upgrade. i went first. he sends the pin, invalid, i pm him back and tell him it was invalid, he says he will call them and find out why. the entire trade was done by pm on here.

Yeah that is better. Do you not have any screen shots at all of the ingame trade? That would help.

Also - have you tried to contact him or sent any PM's back & forth since the PIN did not work? What was the general outcome? If I can see him basically ignoring you, or telling you that you are shit out of luck or something, then that should be enough to ban him.

Alright. I am going to go ahead and ban him, as he definitely acknowledges receiving money by proceeding with the trade.

However, with the lack of some crucial parts of evidence, this case is not particularly strong. Please dig around and see if you can come up with anything else that may be of importance, and keep in contact in case Pibbles disputes his ban.
